There was an old man who would keep two or more persons along when setting on a long journey so that he could offer prayer in congregation and when setting on a short journey he would adjust the timings so as to reach destination on time and offer prayer in congregation. One day while on a way to a nearby destination he got late due to some reason and could not reach destination on time. Meanwhile time for Zuhar Prayer got due. He performed ablution, offered Sunnah Rakah prayer and looked for a Muslim but didn’t find any. He started praying Almighty Allah that he had always prayed in a congregation and only Allah could help him offering Zuhar prayer in congregation.
Suddenly his Hindu cart-puller came and expressed his willingness to embrace Islam. That old man thanked Almighty Allah for responding to his prayer. He first made that Hindu recite Kalma e Tayyaba and then taught him how to perfom ablution. During ablution old man kept that cart-puller saying Subhan Allah.
This all happened due to polite behaviour of old man towards that cart-puller. If we start dealing all politely, everyone non-Muslim will be impressed by us, embrace Islam and would become Almighty Allah’s servant.
Getting rid of all miseries by reciting استغفراللہ
Hazrat Ibn e Abbaas رضی اللہ عنہا narrates that Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that the person who makes it obligatory to recite استغفراللہ gets rid of all miseries, woes and gets blessed with money form unthought of sources. (Ahmad, Daud, Ibne e Maja)
Almighty Allah says in Surah Hood, “O my people! Ask Allah for forgiveness. And promise to never commit any wrongdoing. He will bless you with rain and enhance your power. And don’t disobey Him by committing sins.”
Almighty Allah says in Surah Nuh, “Thus, I asked Noah (ﷺ) to seek Allah’s forgiveness as He is all merciful and forgives. He will shower rain over you. He will bless you with children, money and have you gardens flowing canals within. What has happened to you? You don’t care for His Greatness. He has created you in many ways.” (Surah Nuh 10:14)Strength and sustenance includes money, physical strenght, children and respect. These are the blessings of Almighty Allah awarded to the people who recite استغفراللہ
